Why Bally needs historical context

The Bally name has been used across different corporate periods, products and legal entities. The completed 2014 transaction is the clearest bridge from Bally Technologies to today’s Light & Wonder group, but it does not prove that every older title remains commercially available or retains its original branded rights.
