- 2004: the company now numbered 05184120 was incorporated under the Electracade name.
- December 2008: Orbis announced its acquisition of Electracade.

- December 2020: Companies House records the Electracade entity changing its name to SG Digital Limited.
- January 2023: the same entity became LNW Gaming UK Limited.
OpenBet later followed its own ownership path and is now a separate current technology brand. For Electracade’s legal entity, the authoritative present name is the one recorded by Companies House.
How to interpret old Electracade listings
Preserve original development credit
An acquisition does not rewrite who created an older game. Electracade remains useful as a historical attribution even though the standalone brand disappeared.
Separate corporate identity from distribution
OpenBet, SG Digital and Light & Wonder names may appear in later records, but they describe different points in the ownership and legal-name chain.
Recheck licensed entertainment rights
A television or film licence can expire independently of the software. Old branded games should never be described as currently available without rights-holder and operator evidence.
Verify the live build
