Pariplay is now part of Aristocrat Interactive, Aristocrat Leisure’s regulated online real-money-gaming business. Aristocrat completed its acquisition of NeoGames in April 2024 and combined NeoGames businesses, including Pariplay, with Anaxi under the Aristocrat Interactive name. The historical Pariplay label remains useful when identifying older games and the Fusion aggregation platform.

Pariplay, Fusion and Aristocrat Interactive
Pariplay historically combined proprietary content with third-party aggregation. Aristocrat’s 2024 integration placed those operations in Aristocrat Interactive. Current company material describes Content & Aggregation as the home of Fusion and the Ignite studio programme, alongside a proprietary portfolio. This makes attribution important: platform delivery, current group ownership and original game development are three separate facts.
For an older title, check the loading screen and rules for the original studio, current distributor, version and jurisdiction. Do not assume an aggregator created every game it delivered.
